As an executive Cynthia managed multi-million dollar budgets and the entire News Network staff of researchers, producers and on air hosts. Her reputation as a strong editorial leader is matched by her commitment to developing talent. Cynthia’s skills as a storyteller have been critically important in mentoring what have become Canada’s top journalists. She has also been a leader in innovation, recognizing the need to constantly develop programming in the highly competitive news environment. . Cynthia has studied at McGill and the University of Western Ontario. She is a highly sought broadcast trainer, and she has a mean backhand in Tennis.
