Albert Tseng


Albert has over 15 years of experience spanning management consulting, public sector policy/strategy development and business development in the private sector. He is Founder and Principal of Moonspire Social Ventures, a consulting firm focused on providing advisory services to social enterprises, corporations, and development organizations in the areas of innovative inclusive business models, impact investing and private sector solutions for global poverty and health. Sample clients include the United Nations and the Rockefeller Foundation. Albert has had extensive experience on boards of non-profits including as the Chair of Board for CCYAA, an organization in Toronto focused on youth leadership development through sports and community programs. Albert has a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
